Our team at RIS Rx proves that collaboration, culture, and execution drive real results for our partners.

Throughout the major changes RIS Rx has been through in the past year, there’s nothing that makes me more grateful for what we’ve achieved than the people who helped make it happen.

Over the past year, we:

  • Joined forces with Summit Partners leveraging their steadfast partnership, strategic insight and unwavering support through a period of major transformation and growth
  • Brought on John Driscoll as chairman of the Board of Directors, a healthcare powerhouse whose rare insight into payer, provider and tech ecosystems will help us continue to solve GTN leakage for our customers
  • Grew our team to 170 hardworking, resilient people
  • Moved into a newer, more open office space that’s perfect for collaboration and team connection
  • Above all, what I’m most humbled by is everyone’s commitment.

The other night, I was still at the office at 7pm and I was floored by how many people were still working alongside me.

They didn’t have to be there. They could have left at 5pm but were instead volunteering their time.

The fact that they’re so bought into the company and dedicated to what we’re working on is a testament to what an incredible team we’ve built.

Not a lot of companies can say they have people who care that much about tackling patient affordability, the biggest barrier to drug access.

Part of what keeps us connected comes down to our values:

  1. Patient-first: Behind every transaction we work on is a person who deserves affordable medicine. As former pharmacists and practitioners, patient care is our number-one priority.
  2. A never-quit mentality (evident in how many people put in time after hours to live up to our customers’ demands). Five years since we launched in 2020, most of the founding crew is still here, sticking by us as we grow.
  3. Anything is possible: Having such a tight team, we believe we have what it takes to achieve the impossible together.

What are you thankful for at your company?
