We’re thrilled to announce the return of the 2027–2028 RIS Rx Fellowship Program, offered in partnership with Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy.
This 52-week postdoctoral fellowship is built for PharmD graduates and practicing pharmacists who want to work where clinical training meets the business of healthcare access. Four fellows will spend the year at our Irvine, California campus working directly alongside our executive team on hub services, managed care, reimbursement, copay operations, and data analytics. Each fellow owns a real project from start to finish, whether that’s launching something new at RIS Rx or improving a program already in flight.
The results speak for themselves. Our current class of four fellows came to us from pharmacy schools across the country, and past fellows have moved straight into Client Success leadership roles here.
What can you expect? Hands-on training in implementation management, KPIs, benefit investigation, prior authorization coordination, and business development. You’ll interact with major pharmaceutical manufacturers, network pharmacies, and providers nationwide. You’ll also serve as a preceptor to pharmacy students across Southern California, mentoring the next class while you build your own career.
