This may include information from a healthcare professional or affiliates who may text or email a coupon.  In order to receive the coupon, you must provide your personal information and prescription information. By providing this information you acknowledge that there may be some risk that the message could be read by a third party.
  • We assume our services is used by adults and respect the privacy of parents and children and are committed to complying with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
  • If a parent believes that their child has provided personal information, he or she can send a notification to us via email or postal mail, and the information will be deleted if identifying the child is under the age of 13.

Monitoring and Call Recording

Calls made or received from us may be recorded for the following purposes including but not limited to: monitor training and quality services, compliance, auditing, or preventing fraud.  Any PII obtained during a call will abide with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
