Tom Doyle is one of the pharmaceutical industry's most accomplished and widely respected executives, bringing decades of leadership across drug distribution, biopharma services, and outsourced commercialization to his role as Senior Advisor at RIS Rx. Tom spent several years at Cencora Biopharma Services in senior executive leadership, including serving as SVP and Chief Customer Officer, where he led teams focused on integrating Cencora's global capabilities in service of better patient outcomes for patients and manufacturer partners alike. Before Cencora, he served as SVP of Program Leadership at EVERSANA, where he drove the launch of fully integrated outsourced commercialization services and oversaw a team of Chief Commercial Officers guiding companies through complex commercial transformations. Earlier, as EVP of Commercial Solutions at H.D. Smith, he led the company's expansion into 3PL, specialty distribution, and patient services - including the landmark acquisition of Triplefin, which accelerated the company's growth in the patient support space. Tom began his career at 3M Pharmaceuticals, holding leadership roles across both U.S. and global markets. He holds a degree from Hillsdale College in Michigan and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
