Stuart McGuigan is a veteran technology and healthcare executive with more than 30 years of experience leading digital transformation in global organizations. He most recently served as Interim Global CIO at Fresenius Medical Care and previously was CIO of the U.S. Department of State. Earlier, he led global IT at Johnson & Johnson, served as CIO at CVS Caremark and Liberty Mutual, and was SVP of Information Services at Medco Health Solutions. He serves on the boards of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, American Water, and Fairfield University’s John Charles Meditz College of Arts and Sciences. Stuart earned his MS in Philosophy and Cognitive Science from Yale University.
