Leslie Donato is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in strategy, commercialization, and growth. She most recently served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at Cencora, where she led transformative M&A and helped drive significant market value growth. Previously, she held leadership roles at Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals and spent 14 years as a Principal at McKinsey & Company. She currently serves on the boards of Keenova Therapeutics, COPILOT Provider Support Services, and Virtua Health. Leslie holds a BA in Economics and Public Policy from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
