Joann Chalmers serves as VP, Client Success at RIS Rx, bringing more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical patient support, market access, and affordability solutions. She spent more than 20 years at IQVIA and its predecessor OPUS Health — including as a pioneer of the industry's first large-scale adjudicated copay programs in 2004 — before leading her own life sciences advisory practice. At RIS Rx, she is focused on ensuring clients achieve measurable, lasting outcomes from their GTN Revenue Protection programs. Joann holds an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business and a BS in Finance from Manhattan University.
