Jason is General Counsel at RIS Rx, advising on all aspects of legal, contracting, and risk management as the organization scales. He brings practical, business-oriented legal leadership to corporate initiatives and a strategic problem solving approach, with over a decade of experience in General Counsel roles at multiple publicly traded companies, including most recently at a commercial-stage biotechnology company. Jason earned his BA in Political Economy from Princeton University and a JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco.
